I doubt Tesla would want to integrate with Apple or any other smartphone manufacturer because they seem to be doing fine on their own, if i am correct in assuming that they built their current operating system which seems to be working as good as could be expected, if they have not built their own OS i apologise.
More importantly Apple would definitely not share their operating with anyone, that is why only Apple uses the IOS operating system. They are very protective as far as IOS, Privacy & Security is concerned, Apple also does not allow sideloading so all purchased by Apple users will have obtained through the App Store. This gives you an idea how Privacy & Security concerned they are, when they will only allow even 3rd party apps to be purchased through the App Store.
